Use these custodians for the records most often requested in Beaver County:
- Court case files: see criminal court case records, or contact the clerk of the court that heard the case
- Criminal histories and PATCH checks: contact the Pennsylvania State Police Central Repository
- Arrest, booking, and jail records: contact the Beaver County Sheriff, Regional Booking Center, or county jail as appropriate
- Official Pennsylvania checks: order through Pennsylvania Access To Criminal History (PATCH)
- Police reports and incident records: contact the agency that wrote the report
- Expungement and record sealing: file with the court that heard the case

The Beaver County Clerk of Courts keeps Common Pleas criminal files in Building B, second floor, 810 Third Street, Beaver, PA 15009. Call 724-770-4590 during the published Monday through Friday hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The Clerk directs statewide criminal-history checks to PATCH rather than conducting public background searches.
